Registration

Please complete the steps in all three tabs. Finalising the Registration Tab allows you to save any work and come back later. Finalising the Address Tab give us an alternate method of contact. The Corporate Tab is where you supply your business name and a short description.

You must have a permanent email address, if you don’t have one, you can have one of ours. e.g. YourName@i.willhelp.com.au, YourBusinessName@i.willhelp.com.au or a combination of the two.
Note:
A permanent email address at i.willhelp.com.au is included in all packages that include a profile (Bronze and above). There is a small fee for Contra and Standard listings:

Create a strong password (hackers use social engineering to crack passwords) Avoid words in a dictionary, names or place names. Use a mix of upper and lower case, numbers, special characters.

Address

If you completed the Registration Tab, you will now have a WQi rating of 5%. The Willhelp Quality indicator demonstrates your level of quality service and is a key to attracting sales. The higher your rating, the more credible your business!

Postal Address: This is your main place of business e.g. Head Office. It will be copied to your business listing and profile and will be visible online. Note: If you do not have a trading address, just complete the Postal Address below. We need this so that we can contact you if your email doesn't work. Your postal address is kept secure and private. It does not appear in your listing or profile unless you enable that function.
	Address:	Please enter your address as you normally would
	Suburb:	Please enter your suburb as you normally would
	City:	If your suburb is part of a city, enter that city as well. If not, then enter the city nearest to you. This information helps customers to see how close they are to you when they search by Location or use an embedded Google Map.
	State:	Post/Zip Code: Please enter your suburb and postal code / zip code as you normally would. You can abbreviate your state, e.g. WA for Western Australia.
Country:		You can change this to the correct country if we have entered the wrong one!

Trading Address: We will use this address to post any written correspondence. If you hace checked the box above, your Trading Address address will be copied over to here.

Corporate

This is where you provide key information about your Corporate Identity to define and distinguish your business in the marketplace. Write a concise statement in 'Business Info' that captures the essense of your business and draws your customer in. This will be displayed in your Listing and (for Bronze packages and above) in your Profile as well.

	*Business Name:	Having a Registered Business gives your customers confidence in dealing with an authentic business. As such, your WQi rating increases by 5%. If you are not registered and trade informally, use your trading name and tick the box below; you’ll be limited to a Contra or Basic Listing and prompted to supply Proof of Identity (only disclosed in the case of an official, written enquiry).

	*Business Number:	A Registered Business number authenticates your Business Name. If you don’t supply it here, then email or post us a copy of your registration. Please Note: Use your Business Registration rather than your Company number. If your country has a different identifying system, and it is more appropriate, then it's OK to use that instead. Without this, we cannot give you you the 5% towards your essential starting WQi of 15% and you'll be limited to a Contra or Basic Listing.

Corporate Image: This image will be displayed in your profile, and on your listings (if you rate 40 WQi or higher). You could use a logo, trademark or other image. Note; you MUST own them, or have written copyright permission for them. Please note that ALL images are resized to fit your listing.
Business Info: Write a concise statement that captures the essense of your business and draws your customer in. Note: This will be displayed in your Listing and (for Bronze packages and above) in your Profile as well. It will be used (if you subscribe to our SEO upgrade) in optimising your profile and listings in search engines, as well as being included as a descriptor that search engines use when linking to your advertsiing.
